Dear Logan,
Mommy has been lazy and haven't been writing to you. As we told you last week when we came to visit, we had our housewarming party a couple weeks ago. It was a lot of fun. Before all the guests arrived, we're going crazy getting everything set up and ready. Our living room and dining area appeared pretty big. But once all of our friends showed up, it seemed like there wasn't place to sit or stand. We're glad that so many of our friends came by, some traveled from afar.
Daddy made some delicious oxtail and sticky rice, and both got rave reviews from our friends. Too bad we're too busy that I totally forgot to take pictures and show them to you. We got presents and flowers, and of course had leftovers that lasted us a few more days.
Even though it's been two weeks, I don't think our house was back to normal. Things still need to be put away, and definitely in need of cleaning. Luckily, "Auntie Cleaning" (as your brother said) is coming next week to give our house a good scrubbing. Mommy really has no energy at the end of the day, or week to do any deep cleaning. Wouldn't it be nice to have someone who cooks, cleans and does laundry for me?
